ROM Hack can't get pokemon yellow vc cia to work...

Ok so I just downloaded the cia and installed it to my 3ds but when I go to play it, it freezes right away it doesn't even get past the 3ds logo part... Help please

it stays in the infinite 3ds loop screen? Go to the eShop, search for pokemon yellow and let it repair the game or download and install a cryptofixed pokemon yellow cia.
