Hacking Can't get PAL games to work on NTSC Wii without black & white

The games load up fine, and I can play the games in the mode but if I use force NTSC the screen just goes green. So far I've tried it on
Mario Party 8
Little King's story

My Wii is a 4.0U and I'm using Gamma 0.3 and NeoGamma, plus Gecko.

I'd really like color for the different region back-ups!! if anyone could help me it'd be the greatest!!
