Just like the title says I can't get it to work. I get a white screen and it just stays there any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated, if it's not compatible could someone help me find a substitute media player?

Yeah, what he said. XD Make sue that your Moonshell file is named properly, or you may want to reinstall, or redownload.
And there aren't many other media players out there. LMP does music, and so does DSO, but there's nothing that is all in one program like moonshell.
