Homebrew Cant get 3DS Banner Maker 2.0 to work at all

So I put the 3 .png files in there directories;

I opened "Convert.bat" on all 3. It does nothing and outputs errors.
They seem to be random errors.

I tried both the Releases folder and the .git file folders. All output errors.

Build them with Rin's 3dsxlauncher then unpack it via Asia81's hackpack tool. should work

The the 3dsxlauncher - I used the bannertool command provided in the .bat file and it worked lol no need to make it a cia or anything just get the banner.bin and icon.bin. Just a quick questions, How can I make them fully 3D and rotate? I heard you need a 3D studio application like C4D or preferable 3DS Max? But what do I do with it? xD
