I have no idea what happened. I was transferring files yesterday and then it just stopped working out of nowhere. Sometimes it will actually let me connect and see my directories but not add/delete files.
couple things
change your ftp client
check that your primary and secondary DNS match between the computer you are connected to and 360
Also check that the ip is in the same range

Reboot everything, make sure your 360 is using a static IP instead of DHCP, try different clients (for 360 I find filezilla the best, but maybe that's just me), if possible use ethernet connections for both the PC and the 360 instead of wifi.
