So I succesfully downgraded to 9.2 on my O3DS. Then I used rxtools from the browser (since I couldn't get to run from broswerhax.) and finally got it to boot to emunand. I couldn't get rxtools to install the FBI cia so I dumped the hs.app and reinjected. Got the FBI installed on emunand but now no matter what I do I can't install any CIAs from FBI. Anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong?
