Yeah, you have to unlock writing to sysnand and it's so you don't accidentally click it. Once done it'll ask if you wanna relock it and you can.

I did mention that, OP thought it might be quicker to flash nand back and then unlink account then factory reset. If you don't delete/unlink them before hand formatting fails and borks new install.

Yeah, so it's eshop traffic causing it then huh? Well hopefully you get it all sorted after it dies down. Oldly it shouldn't need to connect to eshop at all one a factory reset? Weird it didn't work. But yeah just restore it and wait it out I guess. GL
