Yeah, you have to unlock writing to sysnand and it's so you don't accidentally click it. Once done it'll ask if you wanna relock it and you can.It gave me a warning that lv13 can overwrite the bootmanager and so on..
I did mention that, OP thought it might be quicker to flash nand back and then unlink account then factory reset. If you don't delete/unlink them before hand formatting fails and borks new install.That error is on Nintendo's side, probably because their server is getting hammered with Christmas traffic on Switch.
