Hacking Can't detect games?

I have a new m3 adapter and a new sandisk micro sd card. I updated the m3 with v29 without any problems what so ever, and I can access the main menu with the game, movie, books, etc. However, when I upload a few .nds files to the m3 with the m3 game manager, it doesn't detect the games in the games menu, all it does is show the NDSSAVE folder. What gives?
