Homebrew Can't create a user account

Hi, I've been using Homebrew channel for a while and I didn't think I would have any problem with this, but...

when I try to create a user account on my Wii U, I end up on the Homebrew Channel...

any suggestions on how can I create a new user account?

I did use Haxchi and autoboot Mocha CFW

If press home button we be go to mii maker to make user mii

Mii Maker is temporarily replaced with Homebrew Launcher when the exploit is run. Rebooting will revert it back to normal.
