Hacking Can't copy tampered save data to my Wii?

I had a Newer SMBW iso with a different banner than the one I had a few months ago which tipped me off that the save data I have was different. At which point I went to the irc which solved MOST of my problems. Then I was unable to copy the save data to my wii with the message "The save data may not have been copied" and the problem with this is that I can't use any save game managers. And I'd really like to continue my old file seeing as it's almost 100% done.

You might have corrupted it, try enabling ''Remove nocopy protection'' and try copying the save file using the Wii's own save manager.

Use priiloader, hold RESET while starting up your Wii, scroll over to ''System Menu Hacks'' and choose ''Remove NoCopy protection''

I actually tried that earlier and it gave me the same message...

Is your SD Card's lock on?
It might be because of that.

No, I've been transferring files to and from it all day.

I'm getting more help from IRC and I was informed to upload the save so here's that. http://www.mediafire.com/download/752ft5f8yb5f7cd/Cliftin's_Wii_Save_(NewerSMBW).rar The save was pal and I hex edited it to NTSC and it works in dolphin. (Save Game Managers don't work with my Wii apparently)
