Hacking can't connect qcma on 3.65 enso

i just need some helps about my brother ps vita's problems
He updated his ps vita from 3.60 to 3.65 enso yesterday but he lost the vitashell and molecular, the system setting shows the device on 3.65 enso, we can spoofing to psn but installing vpks. He asks me to fix it so I google and find a way to get vitashell by psvimgtoolfrontend but a problem occurs : i can't connect his ps vita to pc through either qcma or cma with a notification (pictures below). I checked the cable, pc . They works well with my ps vita so the problem is just from my brother's ps vita. I rebuilded the database, restore the device , format memcard but nothing changes . Any solution ?

First, uninstall both CMA and QCMA. Both can't be installed on the same machine, otherwise it'll conflict with drivers and cause issues (likely what the problem here is).

Then, reinstall the latest QCMA, and when it asks what drivers to use, choose libusbk. This is the most stable driver for Windows machines, and is almost guaranteed to work. Then reconnect the Vita and see if QCMA works now.

The problem didn't came from QCMA/CMA , i connect the vita with the cable to pc and try to use the default option to install driver ( CMA ) but my pc doesn't recognised any driver. still the same notification pops up. I feel like the vita may broke itself the driver function .

It's not the Vita, it's the driver. And the issue is with CMA/QCMA, you installed both so there are driver conflicts which causes that "unknown device" issue. CMA's default driver is also very outdated, and doesn't support modern hardware all that well which can cause issues like this. Then you have QCMA and CMA's drivers both install, which conflicts with eachother.

Once again, uninstall both, reinstall QCMA only and choose the libusbk driver. This should fix the issue.

I did exactly what you said but nothing changes, it still pop ups the damn notification
