Hardware Can't calibrate the 3d on my 3DS

Recently i reset my 3DS but i'm unable to go pass the 3D calibration part because my slider doesn't work. Is there anyway i can get pass this part?

What reset means? A system format? If so, try to do it again before replace the slider...
