You have to wait on a cryptofixed CIA. If you really want to play ASAP, you can get the Japanese demo from the usual places, and play online when their servers are up.

Yep. I got a code from someone and forgot about N3DS not being able to install from the eShop. I can download and install the demo, but it needs to be cryptofixed to launch.
