Hacking cant access ocarina cheat list in usb loader gx

I am using usb loader gx 3.0 r1219 on my vwii and wen i "click" the big wrench icon nothing happens the cheat list doesn't open. so am i being tick or is this a know issue or am i doing something wrong.
trying to remove fis constant nagging in zelda ss

Did you try to update the loader to see if that issue has been fixed?
(Settings > Update > Loader > Full update)

that was the latest revision when i posted i have no idea if there is a new one today.

the in app updater was wrong i did not have the latest version and it aas been fixed in the latest revision.
