Hacking Can't access homebrew and files now show as corrupted

So I was getting ready to play pokemon sword and it popped up a box to either update or just run the game and I accidentally hit update software. When it finished, it shut off so I used tegrarcm to get atmosphere running and it told me "unable to identify package1". This has happened to me before, so I replaced the atmosphere and sept folders and rebooted. However, when I tried to open any game installed on my sd card, it either said the data was corrupted or unable to open software. I was also unable to open homebrew at all (yes I hit r+a on the album). Is there any way to fix these games and how do I get homebrew to come back?

Is your SD card formatted as exFAT?

Need the new signature patches to play your pirated games.

Remove sys-FTPd sysmodule and replace it with sys-ftpd-light which consumes less RAM.

You need the latest sig patches, they are different depending on whether you're booting Atmosphere with the fss0=fusee-secondary.bin method from Hekate, or launching fusee-primary.bin either directly or through Hekate.
