Hacking cannot upgrade firmware

Hi, i got the g6 lite chinese version since july

and my firmware is 4.a1.. i try updating to 4.3a and it hangs giving me a 1 and a 7 number in random location
any help?

You and Weej need to get together and compare notes as he is having a similar problem with the 1 and 7's.

happened to me also. to fix it, copy all your files as a backup onto your computer. now, format the card in fat16.
i also used the mputility to do a low level format

then loaded up the firmware upgrade...it worked.

then loaded my files back onto the card from my backup
