Hacking Cannot update same region cias even patched with FMP

Hi there are same region cia games in n3ds got new updates and after pressing Y it required system update.
Ran FMP 0.5 the system update warning went away but it said had error downloading.
Tried direct update from eshop next still the same, and now the update notice says downloaded 99%, go into sleep mode to complete. Of course tried but nothing happened.
Any help?

I guess I did, but removed the game later on.
