Misc Cannot update same old 32004

its the first time im ever getting this error 32004...ive already checked the nintendo site what it means and already tried there steps but none of it is working....ive had my second wii(the one im trying to update) softmodded but then i just formatted everything so i have a clean wii to start off with....so now im worried that some of the homebrew got lost or somthing and is blocking the update....or are the servers just to busy?

I've been trying to play CoD:MW on-line for a month now, and I can't connect to the servers, so I think this is global, or "N" already have the IP's from all of the softmoded Wiis......they are watching us...!!

hmm havent tryed CoD yet...but i can still play online with brawl

I can confirm that I can log into NWFC with COD: Modern Warfare Reflex but finding a game is something else entirely!
