Hacking Cannot see cheats on R4SDHC on firmware 1.25

cannot see cheats on R4SDHC on firmware 1.25
the games runs fine.
downloaded the jap cheat (500+KB) from GBAtemp and put in _system_ folder but cheats button no show when selecting games in NDS
have patched the _DS_MENU.DAT using Yasu's r4custom patcher. patch shows successful. same problem. anyone having same problem/can advise?

after experimenting abit.. manage to find a workaround.
get the Cheat-code-editor-en-v1.01 from http://www.r4sdhc.com/ (site is bad. always service unavailable. try refreshing a few times)
get r4cce086 from GBAtemp
load the cheats from GBAtemp on r4cce086, save as xml file.
run Cheat-code-editor-en-v1.01 and import the xml file. save the cheat as cheat.dat
load it on the DS with the R4SDHC 1.25 firmware... works now.

sounds like you're grabbing the wrong one from here in the first place

So you have successfully downloaded 1.25 fw from the site?
for me its slow as hell and when i finally get the file winrar tells me the file is corrupted..
