Yeah I did say that the integrity often gets corrupted during R/W as well. I'm glad you got it fixed though! That's why I use a really good SD adapter with mine for large files and FTP for the small ones. That and I copy everything at LEAST twice, to preserve the data.
Oh, yeah check out Boop. It let's you install CIAs over wi-fi so you don't have to put them on your SD card. They install directly.
