Hacking Cannot get my Wii to run Cfg loader or anything

So my "HDD" setup consists of a microSD card 8GB inserted into a card reader that goes into the USB port (left one right?). I have both wiiflow and Cfg installed on the device as told by ModMii. ios236 is installed as well as the latest d2x with cios248 base 56 and cios247 base 57 installed. I'm sure my device is read by the Wii as I've tried to run Black Ops on my Wii and tried using NeoGamma and it ran the game up to after the "Activision" screen stopping at a black screen saying "Loading..." and the bottom left. All help is appreciated.

For black ops you'll need to go into the settings and set the ios to 247 because the game needs ios57 base.
