Hacking cannot get mupen64-360_v0.993_beta2 to boot on falcon rgh

on front right usb port this is my error

Hangs on(EHC1 bus 0 device 1: vendor 4B15 product 9F00 : Mass-Storage Device

front left usb port and rear usb port both as follows

Hangs on (EHCI bus device 2: vendor 5E04 product 8D02 : Mass-Storage Device

I have used 3 different flashdrives, all files ae as follows in root of usb fat32

_DEBUG folder, mupen64-360 folder, xenon.elf, and some roms.

I found Mupen to be really finnicky about what USB drives I use. Any newer Sandisk 3.0 wouldn't work, only an old PNY 2.0 8GB worked for me.

Same here. Odd part is some flash drives that don't work sometimes work on other models.

lol i am using a 8gb pny usb 2.0, 2gb kingston 32gb sandisk usb3.0. Btw way thank for the help on the flash. im digging this console. oh yes I have also used a 64 Megabyte flashdrive from the early 2000's

can it run from the hdd or a 360 memory card?

THE ANSWER IS NO. IT HANGS AT USB CONTROLLER. EVEN IF IT IS WIRELESS.

Fat 32 and make sure all files are in root. Try all USB ports.

Try other USB devices.
You could also try a USB to microSD.
I had luck with a 4GB microSD card in it.

fat32 and try 32kb clusters.
if it fails, try as Dinoh suggested: try another usb device..it does kinda look as if your usb device isnt fully compatible.. if you got an older usb device, try it out.

Try disconnecting everything from your 360, see if XeLL boots up and shows you the fuseset.
After that, reboot with a old USB inserted and try again.

fat32 formatter should be able to do that for you. the smaller allocation size for small files.

everything is cherry on the box. just want to keep my falcon forever if possible.

I own three 360s, but the hardware problems have kept me from playing any of them. after getting burned by a xenon, I just don't trust the system. I can't say I trust the sony systems any better though with their disc read errors. the only company's systems I haven't been burned by is nintendo's.
