Has anyone ever managed to fix this error before ?
All the solutions i could find online expected faulty sd cards, but when i put mine into another 3ds it works perfectly.

It displays software on the other one? You can't switch SD cards and play software on both 3DS's.

Open it in a computer and transfer the content to another SD card and see if it works.

It might be a problem with the system then. All I can suggest is to see if there's still any warranty on it, and try getting it repaired.

I soldered something to the nand pinouts, never getting near the left side of the board though :)
(It didnt work before i did anything to it as well but i figured it was a fluke, i only buy cheap used ones from flea markets=

I will try and solder the sd card directly to the connectors !

After removing the sd card slot from the board the multimeter(and me soldering a card directly to the pins) says: one of the pins is not conducting !
    Directly soldering should fix that!
