It can be +RW or -RW
I wanted to have your feed-back about DVDRW issue. Thanks
I've tried a dew different +RW discs, all worked OK.
Nice way to test out custom mods etc.
I use a sony dvd+rw
I've had issues but a burn has either worked or it hasn't, no inbetween. I'd say its related to the fact the disc is quite old and had seen a bit of use.
+RW's worked for me.
That's what I thought, so I bought a brand new one (not the same brand through), but got the same errors : I had to insert it many times before it boots, like the "old used" ones.
Never had any problems. Off course after 20 burns it's best to throw it away.
I allways burn my DVD+RW with IMGBURN on 2.4 speed
Absolutely no problems(Wiinja Deluxe, prelaunch console) with any disk burnt at any speed.
I use Tesco's(probably about as generic as you can get) +RW they work fine with my WiiKey(original) burn at x4.
They work perfectly
Tesco's? We have a hipermarket there called TESCO.
i used a lot of brands and they all seem to work perfectly.
I'm pretty sure the Wii can read DVD-RWs. I know the GC can't.
I've used a Sony DVD-RW and it worked with no problems.
My Gamecube can!
I've played many games just using a mini dvd-r and after i played it i burned something else on it
Works flawlessy on my Wii with a Sony DVDRW
Works here too with brandless dvd-rw's, they don't have a brand but work even as flawless as a Verbatim.
cyclowiz reads all my media, i used RW to trucha sign in various dols into a game image while i had lent out Zelda before the hbc
I use Verbatim DVD-RWs. They work just fine. I haven't tried re-writing any of them, however. My college bookstore was selling ten packs for $0.99 apiece, so I grabbed several. (I'm pretty sure the whole thing was a huge mistake, but a huge mistake that worked out well for me.)
So would you guys recommend DVD+RW or DVD-RW? Sorry for the newb question
depends on what your chip supports, if its both, then go with the cheapest i guess
