Hacking Can you write gba flash carts with a ds lite and r4 card?

Is it possible to use a ds lite and r4 card to write gba flash carts and certain reflashable bootlegs? I've used a program to dump games but never found one that can write to carts.

Very few things can, indeed it is generally the exception with it mostly being https://code.google.com/archive/p/fas1/ , Ryccardo's link and the various DS era "expansion packs" (so mostly the 3 in 1, and some older M3 stuff before they screwed over Rudolph).
