Hacking Can you use Wii Shop Channel without upgrading/modding?

I was wondering if there was any way to use the Wii Shop Channel, or add new channels, without upgrading my firmware (Currently 3.0U), or using a Modchip/TPHack/etc.

It's the only way. Why don't you just update to 3.4 if you don't care about homebrew?

None of the stores nearby carry Twilight Princess right now :/
