Homebrew Can you use PWADs in prboom3ds?

Is there a way to use PWADs (like music mods, level packs, texture mods, etc) in prboom3ds? I tried using the "WADs to Load at Start-up" option in the setup menu in-game, and it just seems to ingore them.

I apologize if this is the wrong section to ask- I hardly ever use this site.
