ROM Hack Can you transfer the event pokemon w/ an R4?

As in, I've got soulsilver on my r4, with my event pokemon file on there, but obviously the R4 has the wood menu instead of the regular startup menu.. I'm guessing no though =/

I don't get the question... All that I understood is that you have an R4 with SS and you want to send an event Pokemon somewhere... Yes you can but Event Pokemon have special ribbons on them that block trading.
