    Hello!

I know there is a thread like this on Reddit, but it has been archived. Don't know if there's a thread like this on gbatemp.net

I have a question. Why can't be just beam .bin (amiibo) files from an Android phone with an NFC to the NFC sensor of the 3DS? Thank you for reading!

No problem. You can't just beam the amiibo files strait from an android phone, you need to put the file on some sort of storage. There are other things out there that you can use, but they can cost up to $100. This is the cheapest option.

Amiiqo costs $55. Sounds like this is the cheaper option.

Your response is very helpful! Maybe I'll just leave this post as it is.

I disagree, the NTAG215s cost less than $1 each. VERY cheap.
