So basically is Homebrew useless on 11.0 at this moment right now or?

As far as pirating 3ds games go? Yes.

But there are many useful purposes for homebrew.

Oh. I thought that all the exploits broke. My bad. I edited my message so that's gone.
Thank you for pointing that out.
Its alright, while you are correct that without custom firmware you cannot install any .cia files but that doesnt entirely rule out user level homebrew. You can still do all sorts of things like playing games region free, save dumping/injecting, and game modding.

Kinda makes me feel sad that all people care about homebrew just to be able to pirate games.
Hell, most homebrew games are better than some retail games out there.
Sorry... When i would have the Money, i would buy it... And when you want to play Games like Pilotwings, Luigis Mansion, etc...

And yes there are Good Hombrew Games out there...

With a9lh, you can install cias that aren't legit. So go crazy.
a9lh doesn't explicitly let you install any cias... it is just a exploit to boot code on start up, yes, from that we can load some cfw which patches stuff and lets us install cias.
but that doesn't have anything to do with a9lh, we could do it before a9lh.
and with a cfw that has no signature patching, we can't do it with a9lh.

OK thanks for the snarky unnecessary comment.
The info he posted is useful. Contribute something other than slowpokey posts all over gbatemp. Like quoting a recently deceased gbatemp staff members name for no reason in a troll post. I think you can do better.
