Hacking Can You Force Another Code R ( PAL ) To NTSC?

I know little king's story doesn't have NTSC code in it but can you force the PAL version of another code R to NTSC?

As long as your TV can display 480p you should be fine booting it normally. I haven't tried forcing it.

Yes, it works forcing.
I want to find a way to boot it with Gecko OS from the disc channel with it forcing NTSC...
