I know with a modchip gamecube can play small discs that contain ps2/xbox games so is it possible to convert them using the way each console reads images(as i imagine a ps2 iso is going to be constructed differently then a gamecube iso)

You can't just port games that easily if the GameCube doesn't support the same protocols the PS2 does. Try copy-pasting a Windows Game onto a Mac and try playing it

It doesn't work like that. The Xbox (talking about the original, not the 360 or One/One S), PS2, and Gamecube all have different types of CPUs and hardware, each one being more different than the last. Even if you put the files from one game console into a structure that another would understand, the system you'd try to play it on wouldn't understand what to do with it, or it would crash trying to run it; this is also not how games are ported, they have to be rebuilt from scratch using the source code, not just by renaming/moving some files around.

You can also think of it like having three people in the same room that all speak different languages that aren't related to each other in any way, like Chinese, French, and Zulu (The game consoles "speak" x86, MIPS, and PowerPC, respectively). Leaving body language and facial expressions out of it. none of the three people are going to be able to understand each other purely by speaking (which is a close analogy to what we're discussing here).

No, but it can play discs with sega genesis or nintendo super nes games. Because people have ported emulators to the gamecube.

There are no ps2 or xbox emulators that would run on a gamecube.

im not trying to be mean but thats like saying can i use a ps4 emulator on a xbox one. They are from the same generation so it cant be done, emulation usually needs a system of double its strength (give or take)

No, it doesn't work. Locking this up, because this will not go any further.
