Yes. Use a tool like Wii Backup Manager. That will put a folder called "WBFS" on the root of your USB drive which will contain a folder for each Wii game you have. Gamecube games go in "games" on the root of your USB device.

Is it possible to put both GC and Wii games on the same USB stick and will it work on USB Loader GX then?

Hello.:)

You can format your USB Device with FAT32 please.
Then make a Folder "games" where the Gamecube ISO(s) comes and a Folder "wbfs" where the Wii games comes in.

Gamecube Games has to be following structure:

for Example: Folder named Donkey Konga 1 [GKGP01] <--- you can get this ID from here: https://www.gametdb.com/
Inside comes the ISO has to be named as game.iso,if you have 2 discs the second disc is named disc2.iso.

For the Wii Games please use the WiiBackupManager:
http://www.wiibackupmanager.co.uk/downloads.html

Tell it where your destination Folder "wbfs" is on your USB Stick
(a Manual for the WiiBackupManager is here: https://gbatemp.net/threads/how-to-split-brawl.484822/#post-7592791 )

And finally in the USBLoaderGX settings under Custom paths/Main GameCube Path you have to set it now from sd:/games/ to usb1:/games/.

That should work.:yaywii:

Good luck.
Thank you.:)

You can but I would recommend investing in an external hard drive. A flash drive is not really made to play games it is meant for basic file storage so one day it will likely die.
