Can you boot into a disc game using loadiine with patches? Would it support loading the saves and patches from the /wiiu/saves folder?

Not that I am aware of it looks like you would want to use a mixture of saviine (for dumping/injecting save files)

Yes, but sadly,Cafiine can only replace the content folder
