I'm amazed at how determined you are with this o_o;
It's not possible as far as we're aware. There aren't any free slots like in the GBA games, it just goes from 1 - 649 and stops there.
Of course, I could be wrong, but I'd hate to try expanding to get a new Pokémon in. There's a lot of things you'd need to make it all readable.

For the GBA one you can add a lot of Fakemons ? If I can't do that with the B/W for now I will go on the GBA instead.
The GBA games have 25 free slots in between Celebi and Treecko, which I believe you can utilize. I don't know much more than that, though.
Thanks for the help. And one last question it's better to do it with Fire Red/Leaf Green or the Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald version ?
Sorry for the bump but I have a question, since the release of following pokemon in Soul Silver/Heart Gold did someone managed to find a script for Fire Red to make a following pokemon ?
