How I understand - "Action Replay Powersaves" decrypt save files on their on their web servers, change data, encrypt it back.
So, what "Action Replay Powersaves" team has that don't has gbatemp community?

No, sorry there's not much available for sky3DS users.

Except maybe RAM editing, providing you still have an exploitable browser.

Nothing really. In fact we have numerous, perhaps better tools at our disposal.

There's a number of game specific save editors. There's RAM dumping and editing via web browser hacks for virtually every game released (no support for Smash or Monster Hunter 4U. Of course there's also hex editing decrypted saves directly too.

some have gotten power save 3ds to work with sky3ds cart and added saves.

I myself have not gotten it to work.
Most of the time it just flips out and doesnt read the sky3ds cart. The 1% of the time it reads it, it locks up when it trys to write the save data.
