Hacking can we edit/install Cia's to the sysNAND?

the game will only run on the nand you install it on because that is the nand the ticket gets installed on.
preinstalled games are not tied to your console/eshop, they work on every 3ds without hacks

This is what I was referring to. Does this not work by having a linked Sys/Emunand, install on CFW, and then run on sysnand? Seems like it should, if system transfer works fine.

Edit: Also, Why are pre-installed games different? What sets them apart? Is there a possibility to get all games installing like this?

unless you have a ticket for a game in the nand (legit or fake) then the game cannot be played, so every emunand/sysynand you want to play a game on you would need to install the cia file in each

only LEGIT cia games that have been ripped from bundles will be playable in sysnand, this is just due to how they are made, they come with their own "universal" ticket that is signed to allow any 3ds run it, normal tickets are signed to only run on the specific console it was purchased on.....there is no realistic way to make your own "universal" tickets, and the tickets installed when you install a cia file (unless its a legit cia, meaning it came with a universal ticket) will install a "bad" ticket....these will only work in whatever hacked mode you have be it CFW, or gateway mode
