Title of this thread says it all. Can't seem to find the answer towards this, so I decided to ask on the forums of GBAtemp. I know that the DSTWO PLUS is capable of reading .sav files from Game Boy Advance ROMs that were created with VBA-M (GBA Emulator); but I don't know if this also works with Nintendo DS ROMs. Need to know since my copy is almost shipping in and I have some .sav files on my PC.

Using a hex-editor, open the .dsv, go to the end, and delete everything starting from
Code:
|<--Snip above here to create a raw sav by excluding this DeSmuME savedata footer
to the end of the file, and save it as .sav.

Thanks for your guys' replies, but will it matter if I'm using a modified DeSmuMe release build? Only difference I find between the original and modified releases is that the modified release of DeSmuMe renders DS ROMs in high resolution, (version X432R).

Either way, I'll try both solutions out when it comes in.
