Hacking Can the Backup Launcher play imports?

Hey everyone. Because I can't get Need for Speed Undercover NTSC-US or Animal Crossing City Folk NTSC-US, I was wondering if I could play PAL versions through the backup launcher 0.3.
I have the Preloader Version 27 installed, so I think I should be able to, but I'm not sure. Has anyone tried this, and does anyone know what settings to use to play imports?

Have you done all these?:

1)Install IOS38 to get AC:CF working
2)Get the 002 fixed Gamma loader to get NFS:U working.

Do that first before doing anything.

Look at my sig I have Preloader v.27 w SoftMii 0.9.5 and I can play imports, export, new ports, my region, free region, your region.
Is it that you just have that not combine with RiiskiMod or SoftMii am I correct?

i use a wiikey for backups and imports, but i think the backup loader can play imports if you patch the video mode i dont see why it wouldnt.

That depends on your TV. If it supports PAL, you shouldn't need to use a patch or forced mode.

Also with the backuplauncher some different region games have to be force to your region.
So did you go into BL config and force the game to your region before you launch it.

Since when is SoftMii able to patch video modes? A lot of people might be able to play games with it region free, but in black & white.
