I hate google for stuff like this. Whenever I'm looking for stuff google doesn't expect it's users to understand, yet is still technological, it's always the wrong way around. (ex: searching "windows emulator on 3ds") or it's swarmed buy the digital press, (ex: "Neural Networks") Anyone got some way to run EXEs on a 3ds, even if very impractically, and or slowly, as long as it works? trying to run stuff like an RPGMV game, As i said, I do not care for performance, But i will take it if it's there, Primarily looking for function. Any ideas?

    The answer is no.

But I'm not sure on this, there might be a way to port a rpgmv game on the 3ds. Altough is very unlikely

There is a way to run windows 98 through retroarch iirc correctly, but even on a new 3ds you're definitely not gonna be able to get an rpg maker mv game even an xp wouldn't run. However they do have a rpgmaker 2000/2003 emulator for the 3ds
