Hacking Can someone with a gateway backup a save to use for a cia? Thanks in advance.

Couldn't you just use a save manager to install that into the game?

No, it is a gateway format save. It can only be used with flashcarts, as I said mine broke. Iv'e tried plenty of times and people doing this for me always works.

Save files dont stay in cias, you can move them from cart to cart, cia to cia or cart to cia

Omega Ruby is a Card2 game which means the save is stored in the ROM file, the .sav will do no good. Unless you extracted the save from the ROM file that is. I could help you out if that's the case, but if not, then that .sav is just a blank file without anything of use.
