Hacking Can someone turn an mp3 file into NUS3BANK format for smash 4

Hello i wanted to start first of, im new to gbatemp and i am liking my stay so far and ive been looking everywhere on how to turn an mp3 file into an NUS3BANK, its for smash 4.
