Hacking Question Can someone test local play on a banned SX switch with a unbanned non hacked switch?

I asked this before but with a lack of detail, but I would like to know, If you have a banned switch with a SX OS running MK8 xci, can you still play wireless play with another switch in the same room that isn't hacked and has a legit copy. More curious because if I am banned in the future, I would like to play smash with friends at a party or stuff like that. I'm almost confident that I will never play online even if I wasn't banned, but I feel that I would use that local function of the switch more. I hope this is clear... I guess this could be answered soon as more people start to take risks.

I’m fairly certain that no one will have this information until the first ban wave hits the masses. I will be playing my personal backups that I dump online just to test this issue in regards to seeing if spoofing the card slot will be enough or not. I literally will be doing nothing else except this just to help out people who are legit backing up and not pirating. The unit will remain vanilla in all other ways besides creating backups and running backups

I don't see a reason why that shouldn't be possible anymore since you aren't accessing any online services with local play and can use it offline as well.

Not sure if it would, but I worry that if there's any interaction from someone with a suspect banned console, that they may be punished somehow. The non hacked system I mean

the only banned switchs that are public know are 3 (2 of those from sciresm i guess?).

Then some guys from splatoon2 because of hacked saves? (and even those probably are only banned from the game and not the entire switch)

These are two different things. Only because nobody has been banned so far, this doesn't mean that in the future nobody will be banned as well.

Yes, only time will tell ... If nintendo wont ban any switch when they release Pokemon Let's Go, then any sx pro owner will be safe;

This is false information because Nintendo hasn't started a banwave yet so we have no idea if SX is undetected. People thought cfw was completely safe on the Xbox 360 and all got banned once mw2 came out and that was on an older system than the Switch that TX also had involvement with.
