i believe that Ebay has stopped letting people sell R4's because they are illegal. lol i've been getting mine off there and ever so often i get an email which says that the item has been removed due to them being against ebay policy...

i assume that they think its illegal.

With a price like that, you are surely being charged for shipping (and then some), whether they want to say so or not. Anything over $40 + shipping is too much. That kind of price is why they still have them in stock.
