ROM Hack Can someone PLEASE Translate Grand Battle X?

I've seen a few people (including myself) ask for a translation, but nobody really works on one.
This would make my 4th time downloading the game to my 3DS, because I wanna actually have fun playing it. That's difficult when you cant understand half of what's going on.

Some people say that it's not very tough to understand. Maybe for them, but obviously not for the people requesting it. lol
I tried earlier to play it in full Japanese, but I was just super uncomfortable. The only real thing I accomplished was button mapping and figuring out how to fight classically.

So in short, I'm requesting an English translation to this game.
