I got a second hand 3ds The version of 3ds is Ver. 7.2.0-17E

I want to install all necesary to play my pokemon game ruby omega (i already have the CIA) and some pokeeditor

i have read a lot of guides and im a little lost about it because i dont know how to start to dont fail nothing.

Can someone help me to put my 3ds ready step by step in private or right here?

For the save editor(pokeeditor) you should use PCHex. You need to set up Ninjhax to use it.

PKHeX is better he can dump his save using savedatafiler i've already explained everything to him in private.
