Hacking Can someone help me find this Mario Kart 8 mod?

Alright, so basically
There's a mod for Mario Kart 8 (Wii U) that adds Luma as a playable character, replacing Baby Rosalina.
I wanted to download the mod, but any download link I could find DOES NOT WORK. I even contacted the creator and a few YouTubers (and even asked around in Nintendo Homebrew on Discord) but nobody seems to have it! It's not archived in the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine either.
So now I'm asking here. Can anyone help me find this mod?
