Because i was having a problem with wifi :/
Long to explain, i was the only one with this problem and i kept tring shearching for solution and formating did worked for me

Well, it still doesn't take long to get to perfect town status. Just time travel with ghe beautiful town ordinance. It's really not that difficult. :/

Well I'm sorry you lost your save but you should've done more research on how to protect that save file. You're better off starting over.

i remember i trick to dump ram from dream town and inject it
i used to do it but i forgot what is the ram dumper and injector ><

Well I can't help you with that. Just start over, seriously. I'm proud of my perfect towns because I worked for them, twice. If I can do it, you can too.

I was having a problem that my download crashes from freeshop or eshop and everything releated with online
i was getting a black screen
then i kept tring tring ang tying
then i formated it because my 3ds was full of games and i wanted to start from beginning and it get rid of this problem
