I don't get what you're looking for by "complete."

Do you want one that's beaten, or one that has every single pokemon, or one that has a completed pokedex... we need more detail.

btw you can do pretty much anything related to creating/modifying pokemon using pokesav or pokegen or the like.

Just until I can trade over Heart Gold/Soul Silver Pokemon. So I think after the elite 4?

This one would be great.
No cheat codes were used, and it's been completed until just after the E4 (Some post-game stuff done.)
