    What do you need explaining?
You have wanin's v15 of 249 but no Hermes cIOSes installed, the multitude of trucha bug enabled IOSes would suggest cioscorp was installed at some point in time. Not much else to report really. Oh and you must be on either 4.0 or 4.1E.

Something is wrong with IOS9 through IOS22. They're all v7. None of them have an official v7.

Like ocdetective said, it looks like an ancient version of CORP was installed. You might want to consider reinstalling good versions of all the IOSes between IOS9 and IOS22. You can do that with DOP-Mii.

    EDIT: Saw new post...

That app never worked for me either. Try the "Simple Update" method at the bottom. It doesn't use it.

As for updating, I prefer 4.1, since it doesn't have any anti-homebrew checks, and won't brick region changed Korean wiis.

If all of this is confusing for you, consider just following this guide:
    http://gbatemp.net/t171901-modify-any-wii-4-2-below

It's easier than trying to figure out the full CSG...

Can i do that With Dop-Mii by selecting IOS: 36 --> IOS, BC, MIOS and than find IOS files from 9 to 22 and reinstall them, or uninstall them and than install them again (but i dont thing that uninstaling an IOS is a good idea, i think it's better to install over the old one, am i Right?)

Yes you can. If you have Wi-fi, you can have it load them directly from NUS.

As for uninstalling IOSes: It is indeed a better idea to install the new one over the old one. You should NEVER UNINSTALL an IOS. Uninstalling them can cause all sorts of issues, the most notable being a fully bricked wii.

Ok, so.... can i UPDATE all other IOS files that way, i mean using Dop-Mii? [IMG]

And Is it a good idea to install "IOS70 v6687" on my 4.0E PAL Wii? i was thinking something like if i do that i could update my sys menu to 4.2E and i could run all NEW games lime SM galaxy2 and so on... am i right?

If the IOS the game wants is installed, the game will work. The game doesn't care about the system menu. You can make sure the IOSes are up to date by updating them with DOP-Mii. Just be sure to note the warning in red I posted above.

As for IOS70 v6687, yeah, I'd install it. Be absolutely sure it's v6687. Go ahead and install a 4.2E menu as well. You should install the IOS70 before you install the system menu. If an error occurs while installing IOS70, DO NOT attempt to install the system menu.

My IOS249 is a STUB, what should i do? I read at some guide that i should delete STUB IOS files as they are nothing, but now ewerything is normal except when i go to Gamma backup launcher it's saying that i don't have IOS installed and when i try to run a game in that loader in wont start. That's after i deleted STUBed IOS249. but when i reinstall IOS249 with STUB and go to gamma backup launcherit shows me black screen, it wont even load Gamma launcher.

You deleted your cIOS by updating to the stub. cIOSes CANNOT be installed with DOP-Mii. Doing so will render them useless.

Use DOP-Mii to uninstall IOS249. Then download Waninkoko's cIOS r17 installer and run that. Select IOS36 when asked what IOS to use, then select Network Install. It will install cIOS r17. If installed properly, you'll see "IOS249 (rev 17)" in your log.

The only stubs you ever need to uninstall (unless downgrading firmware which I don't recommend) are all over 200. No stubs under 200 matter much for homebrew use.
The stubs at 202, 222, 223, and 224 are often used for hermes cIOS, and 249/250 are used for waninkoko (a small difference being the auto installer installs the same version to both 249 and 250 and you can pick different versions to install to different slots with hermes.

Depending on what you want to do you shouldn't need all of those. I only use (and therefore only deleted the stubs for) 249/250 and use cIOS R17 with a base of 38 (the only base that version could use, also it is what you use now).
Another thought, use the preeloader installer to uninstall it, then install priiloader (the newer version). It should work better.

Last question you had, can't play burned games, are you using a backup loader, or are you trying to run them from the disc menu, cause that wont' work without cIOSCORP, which I wouldn't recommend to any newb, it makes many changes and you should ONLY use it if you know exactly what your getting into. Search the net and get yourself a backup loader (I use usb loader so I can't recommend one).

When i play a game through Disc channel every game shows massage saying: "an error has occurred. Please press the eject button and remove the disk. Turn the wii console off and refer to the manual" but in gamma loader it shows wrist strap warning and that black screen.

Can i Soft-mod my wii again using this (dude, read the rules again. -mthr)? i think (but i'm pretty sure) that this is what i used 1,5 years ago when i first soft-modded my Wii

    My Wii is PAL
    System Menu 4.0E
Soft-modd i used: [nope, not this neither. -mthr]
